MV Lofton is a dedicated mental health advocate and consultant with a robust academic and practical background. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology and a Master’s in Human Service Counseling, specializing in Criminal Justice. Certified by the National Association of Christian Counselors, she offers biblical-counsel and strategic solutions that unlock individual's out of mental, emotional and spiritual prisons to help align them in their God-given purpose. Additionally, her certification in S.E.A.(Social Emotional Arts) has allowed her to develop her own creative method(s) to promote wellness: mind, soul, spirit and body. Her education and training enables her to use creative arts to target cognitive dysfunction,  and build emotional resilience.

A visionary, creative, and digital creator, MV Lofton also founded Kingdom Kreative, an initiative designed to equip creatives with confidence and vision to discover their unique gifts and turn them into successful businesses. Additionally, she established MomPreneurs, a community dedicated to supporting mothers in business or those seeking to start their own entrepreneurial ventures.

As a scribe and author, MV Lofton shares her insights and wisdom through written works such as blog posts, books, and more–advancing her mission of teaching individuals how to live purpose-driven, resilient, and Spirit-led lives. 

As a U.S. Army veteran, mother of six, and wife, MV Lofton exemplifies strength, service, and commitment to God and family. Her mandate is centered on challenging existing systems to drive meaningful societal reformation. Known for her strategic approach, she creates resources that help individuals discover freedom, foster personal growth and achieve wholeness. With a strong foundation in administration, she leads with organizational excellence, empowering others to reach their personal and professional goals. Passionate about advocacy and positive change, Lofton is committed to inspiring transformation and empowering communities to thrive.

The vision of MVL Consulting is to advocate for and equip individuals with practical tools and strategies to help communities encounter complete freedom and walk in their God-given purpose. Her passion is centered on sharing keys and biblical-wisdom that uproots oppression–mind, body, soul, spirit. While MV Lofton is not a licensed therapist, her creative approach and services combine therapeutic methods and effective solutions that initiate transformation. 

MVL services believes in a collaborative approach to consulting, where Lofton works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions together. Through the use of her reformed kingdom-centered therapeutic model, The Arukah Initiative, MV Lofton integrates biblical wisdom and creative arts that equip and empower individuals to walk in liberty.

In alignment with her God-given mandate, as expressed in Jeremiah 1:9-10, MV Lofton is called to “pluck up, pull down, destroy, and overthrow” the barriers that bind individuals, and to “build and plant” a foundation of freedom. Her mission is to unlock prison doors and set captives free. MV Lofton advocates for those seeking to thrive in all aspects of life, breaking strongholds and paving the way for transformation.

MV Lofton offers personalized comprehensive consulting services that implement the integration of scripture, deliverance, inner healing, prayer, and creative art–therapeutic techniques.
